they leave us to make a positive contribution to their world.
We recognise that our Priority Students, including those in receipt of free school meals and the pupil premium grant (PPG) are vulnerable to underachievement. Outcomes for these students sit at the heart of our school development planning and thinking as a school.

Free School Meals
The Government has announced an expansion to eligibility and all children from households receiving Universal Credit will now be entitled to Free School Meals, regardless of household earnings effective from September 2026. This change means many more families will be able to access support with the cost of school meals.
If you are currently receiving Universal Credit and your child does not already receive Free School Meals, please visit: LGfL Free School Meals Eligibility Checker and complete the online form to check if your child is eligible for Free School Meals. Once you have submitted, eligibility will be securely checked against government records. The result will appear on screen immediately and will also be sent to your email address. We will automatically receive your application and will update our records accordingly to show any new eligibility.
