At Matthew Arnold School we have our own on-site creative chefs, and our catering staff take pride in the food that we serve.

Early Bird Breakfast & Mid-morning break service

We operate an early bird Breakfast service from 8.00am plus a break time service offering a range of:

• bacon and eggs
• bork or vegan sausage
• baked beans
• toast or bap
• hash browns
• Assorted pastries
• a variety of yoghurts    
• pizza slab
• jelly and fruit pots

All major food allergens are clearly displayed, and staff are happy to answer any questions.

Water is always available in the canteen and around the site, and we expect all students to bring their own reusable water bottles.

Free School Meals

We also offer Free School Meals to eligible students. Please use this link

Cashless Catering Service

We are a cashless catering service, each student will have their biometrics taken, and/or be given a pin number which will be linked to a ParentPay account. Money is then deducted from the account according to what the student has purchased.

Parents can set daily amount limits and access information about what the student has eaten, and students benefit from a faster service through the canteen.
