I am responsible for the pastoral care and behaviour of all our pupils. I monitor, develop and manage the school’s pastoral structure and have an overview of pupil’s behaviour, conduct, rewards and sanctions to ensure that the highest standards are always maintained, whilst ensuring a positive ethos and culture for learning.
